BounceBeat Open the free app

Pro beta terms

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms are for the BounceBeat Pro beta ("BounceBeat Studio" at /studio). The free BounceBeat app is not covered by this page. The beta is run by Daniele Rainone, Slovakia (see Contact).

1. The beta is free and a test

You can use the beta for free while it runs. It is an early version, provided "as is": features can change, stop working or be removed, and there can be bugs. We do not promise that it works without errors or that it is always available.

2. Your projects can be lost

Projects are saved only in your own browser. Clearing browser data, changing browser or device, or an update of the beta can delete them. Use "Save file" to keep a .bbproj backup, and "Export audio" to keep your songs. We cannot restore lost projects.

3. The beta can end

We can change, pause or end the beta at any time. When Pro launches, it will be a paid product; nothing is charged during the beta, and joining the beta does not sign you up for anything paid.

4. Your songs are yours

You own the songs you make with the beta. You may use them as you like. The built-in sounds, presets, templates and the app itself stay ours: please do not resell them as your own sound packs or software.

5. Other people's music

Do not use the beta to upload, copy or recreate music you do not have the rights to. You are responsible for what you make and publish.

6. Feedback

If you send a problem report, an idea or a review, we may use it to improve BounceBeat without owing you anything for it. We only show your name or quote your review publicly if you ticked the box that allows it.

7. The tester discount

As a thank-you, beta testers get a discount when Pro launches:

8. Our responsibility

The beta is free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost projects, lost time or other damage from using it. Nothing here limits rights that you have by law as a consumer.

9. Age

To join the beta you must be 16 or older, or have your parent's permission.

10. Changes and law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and important changes are shown in the beta's "What's new". These terms follow the law of the Slovak Republic.
